I believe that a sustainable way of working is the key to creating long-term value in any organization. Constantly putting out fires, working with quick-fixes, short-term agendas or underestimating the implementation and follow-up processes in change-oriented projects are pitfalls that I have noticed many companies struggle with. This is one of the reasons why I chose to join Ascend as a Management Consultant.
